It makes me cry to think of you..
I force a smile but it never shows
Never is clear if you catch the clue
But I’m not sure you want to know..

I feel to die when we lock eyes
There is just too much there to hide
Tension builds but the face it lies
You never know I hurt inside.

Been way too long to get to this.
All we have wanted here in our grasp.
Fought so long to feel our kiss
But my issues bug me like a wasp.

I said i cry when I think of you.
There is just too much to guard you from.
Too much guilt and I never knew.
That it was today today that it would come.

Do you cry when you think of me?
When you think of what I’ll never be..
When all my faults are are all you see.?
Do you cry when I fail you completely..

I swear I never thought I would be here.
Afraid of being consumed by pain
Afraid to hurt you if I try to share..
This crap I feel.. this rancid stain.

In my mind I see your smile.
Your pearly whites bleach the pain away.
I let my thoughts hang for a while..
And stare at you so they never stray.

I swear I smile when I think things through.
I want to sing of the peace you bring.
But the best of songs just wont do.
It just wont cover everything.

Do you feel warm when I’m on your mind..
Does my charm make you happy.
Do you ignore the faults you find.
Well.. if thats true then you’re better than me.
